Welc 2 Ghouly Goon's Groovin' Goon Zone

The handle's Alex Huggins. I'm 18 years old, and as of 2015, I've entered NC State University. I'm shooting for a degree in mechanical engineering because hopefully I can use both my art and science/math abilities in that field. The real dream is to be able to visualize, create, and engineer special effects for anything from Halloween decorations to movies.

I'm a dude of many passions, not the least of which is trashgarbage horror flicks from the '60s up to the '90s. My favorite movies of all time are actually horror flicks. Hausu is a Japanese horror delicacy from 1977, and it's an audio/visual masterpiece. The Blood on Satan's Claw, a 1971 vehicle from England, is wonderfully creepy, and portrays the pastoral eerieness of the countryside better than any other movie I've seen. (The soundtrack is ace too.) The Return of the Living Dead, from 1984, is hilarious, stomach-churning, hilarious, jam-packed with punk tunes, hilarious, and, fun-fact: is the first zombie movie where brains are a food source for the zomberts.

I am ally to dog and cat alike, and live with each. I feel like good cats work a bit better with my personality, but the thing about cats is, their personalities vary hugely. Dogs as a species are more consistantly loyal and loving (if they are raised by a good owner), whereas you can have two cats, treat them both the same way, and one will turn out a great, loving, partycat, and the other will turn out to be apathetic and smug. This is the situation I have with my cats. One is just the best, and likes to hang, and get belly rubs and stuff, and the other is just unphased by my existance. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This is a paper I got to write senior year about horror and British folklore. It was pretty rad.
  1. Ya gotta have Italian pane.
  2. Slap some strawberry jam on that business.
  3. Don't skimp on some crunchy peanut butter.
  4. Grill up the 'wich (preferably on a waffle iron)
  5. YA DONE IT, you just made a PB&J exponentially more delicious
