The Road I've Taken
An adaptation of Robert Frost's The Road Not Taken

Two roads diverged in a wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
I decided I should take the one on my right,
while my canine friend went down the left out of sight.

The road curved left and then back right,
The next thing I saw was such an awful sight;
Yet another fork I had found,
And I stopped and thought as I sat on the ground.

I noticed the friend I was with was now gone,
I hated to think he was out there all alone.
But at that moment he appeared with a smile,
I guess he still wanted to be together a while.

But I noticed the path from which he had come
Was not the same one that I had just done.
And there it was I realized at last,
It all ends the same, but you choose your own path.

blood of any animal...doing so shall enanger me,
and you will become an abomination upon the Earth.
