My work is related to digital manufacturing and bringing manufacturing into the modern era of connected devices. Areas of interest include blockchain as a platform for manufacturing as well as data collection and analysis from manufacturing processes. I am working under Dr. Starly in the DIME Lab.
During my time at Optum I worked with the Information Risk Management team specifically in cyber forensic investigations. I gained experience with creating scripts to retrieve information, malware reverse engineering, and a deeper understanding of Windows system architecture.
For three semesters I was a teaching assistant for ISE 110 Computer Based Modeling for Engineers. The class focused on programming VBA in Excel, click on "ISE 110" for more information. My responsibilities included grading homework and attending class to assist students. I also held office hours to debug code and guide students on projects.

I am a senior at North Carolina State University. I am majoring in industrial and systems engineering with a minor in statistics. I am interested in coding especially when it relates to automation and efficiency. This is partially the reason I'm minoring in statistics along with hoping to get experience with machine learning.
