About Me

Growing up in Morhead City North Carolina I was involved in a number of extracurricular activities throughout my highschool career. I was involved with West Carteret High School's award winning marching band where I discovered an appreciation for the fine arts, I also took part in the National Honor Society, and had leadership roles in the schools Key Club. On top of this I was also a very active member of the Boy Scouts of America and earned my Eagle Scout award in June of 2014. I held many leadership roles throughout my scouting career including librarian, patrol leader, and scribe, however, I would say I learned the most about what it's like to be a leader during my involvement with Scouting's national honor society, the Order of the Arrow. I served as Chapter Chief for four years and was in charge of holding monthly meetings, coordinating service projects, quarterly highway clean-ups and scouting related events. Currently I attend school at North Carolina State University where I am pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics.
