"Water Quality is a vital part of life."

We all have a responsibility to protect and improve our rivers, sounds, estuaries, and ground water. Let's keep pollutants such as sediment, nutrients, bacteria, and pesticdes out of our water.

"Integrated Pest Management is a system of reducing pest populations to below damaging levels."

Methods used include prevention, anticipation, and treatment using biological, mechanical, and chemical means. Pests may include diseases, insects, weeds, birds, and mammals.
