Raina Katherine Harrell

Welcome to my website created for E115.

My name is Raina Katherine Harrell, I'm a sophomore, studying sustainable materials and technology in the College of Natural Resources. This is my second semester here at State, I transferred from Appalachian State University, and I love it here! This major interests me because I want a bachelor of science degree and sustainable materials are a practical and useful science to apply to our quickly growing world. Ideally I could graduate and work for a few years, then come back to school to earn a graduate degree. Within the next year I'd like to narrow down my field of interest a bit by completing an internship.

My favorite hobby is cooking. For Christmas, my Aunt Leslie got me a Zaghetti. It's a handheld spiralizer that enables you to make noodles from zucchini. My favorite meal is zucchini noodles, "zoodles", with pesto, sausage, and peppers. It's delicious! Whether I use my Zaghetti or not, I cook everyday. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, I always like to cook something delicious in the morning to start my off right.
