My name is Alyssa Edwards. I plan to major in Industrial Engineering. What I would really enjoy doing with my life is figuring out ideas that aren't exactly applicable physically, like philoshpy or something. However, since that is not a very profitable pursuit when considering a career path, I went with the next closest thing. Figuring out physical world problems: working with calculus. Industrial Engineering is particularly interesting to me, because I feel that I have a good grasp on the idea of optimization, and applying that could be interesting.
My favorite hobby is participating in puppet shows. Whenever I am stressed, I just go home and get out my puppet kit. I think this hobby is quite therapeutic. Sometimes I catch myself practicing different accents that I could use in my performances. My favorite puppet is actually one that I made myself named Macaroni and Cheese.
