Welcome to My Webpage

My name is Austin Coleman and I am a transfer student to NC State from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. I am a Mechanical Engineering student and I plan on earning my degree in three years. I chose Mechanical Engineering over other majors because it interested me the most. Of all of the engineering degrees that NCSU has to offer I thought a degree in mechanical engineering would open up the most opportunities for me to begin a career in something that I enjoyed doing every day. However, Im not sure of what I want to do with my degree once I earn it yet.

One of my favorite hobbies is ocean fishing. Growing up, my family and I would go out on fishing trips every other weekend. We owned our own boat and would spend hours out on the water fishing. I enjoyed the mystery of never really knowing what you were going to reel up. It could be anything from seaweed to a hundred pound shark.

Cats Vs. Dogs? The answer is dogs of course. People own pets because they want a companion to love and take care of and who will love them back, like a dog. Cats on the other hand are solitary animals who can go from friendly to evil in a split second for no reason. If I wanted a cat in the house I would be better off with a statue of a cat. Then I wouldn't have to clean up after the statue and I would get about the same affection back from the it as I would a real cat.

How to get the most out of your Chipotle Burrito order (That counts as a sandwich right?)

  1. Ask for a double wrapped chicken burrito with pinto beans. (If you ask for too much right away you run the risk of having to repeat yourself later down the line.)
  2. Once the burrito artist dumps the chicken on your burrito ask for fajitas and mild salsa (Depending on preference)
  3. Order corn, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce.
  4. Enjoy watching the server attempt to roll your burrito up(This is why you asked for a double wrapped burrito in the beginning).
  5. Pay for your $7 burrito and enjoy. (Helpful tip: Only remove foil as you eat the burrito. See napkins for more detail.)
