Welcome to my Website!

My name is Andrew Taylor, and I'm a sophomore student in TDE at North Carolina State University. My interests are mainly compromised of technology, including programming (Java is my best language), building computers, and designing automated systems. I became interested in computers my freshman year of high school, when I build my first gaming computer. Since then I have worked in mom and pop computer stores as well as on a company IT Service Desk as an analyst.
My favorite part of CSC 200 is learning the inner-workings of things that we use in our every day life. I'd like to learn more about the micro level of computing, and how things like gates and transistors function. I do not enjoy making plain HTML web pages - I much prefer using CSS and things like JavaScript to enchance the user experience. I believe CSC 200 provides a good basic knowledge on how computers work and how we interact with them in our daily life. I plan to take more computing classes at NCSU to expand on my knowledge of computers.
