My name is Andrew R Waugaman. I am a freshman @ NC State University. Currently, I am a Material Science Engineer. I chose material science because I am interested in designing materials that can be used in areas from buildings to space items. Right now, I can not see another major that allows me to design these materials, so I am looking at MSE.
I do not really know what exactly Franklin Street does for Halloween so I am not really sure how to make a better festivity present at NCSU. I would imagine that Franklin Street has some kind of gimmick that attracts people. NC State would probably have to have a gimmick that is more popular, such as a famous speaker, or more likely, a famous band. NC State also needs to make their celebration more open to the public, because it seems like NC State restricted parking this year. That I what I belive NC State needs to do.
