A Little Bit About Me!!!

Hello! My name is Carter Keough and I am a freshman at the wonderful North Carolina State University! Currently at NC State I am an Undecided Engineering Major. This means that I haven't yet been able to decide what I want to do for the rest of my life. I mean who could do that with all of the options that state offers? However I am narrowing it down day by day and I have settled on either Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Narrowing it down was difficult, but over the past year I have found my passion for ripping things apart to see why they don't work, thus I feel either of these majors would be a good fit for me.

Even though school has been great thus far the best part of being here is the long breaks! My favorite break so far has to be Winter Break. A whole month away from school with no assignments that have to be turned in and to top it all off there is Christmas and New Years too! However there are a few things that made my break so enjoyable. The first of these was the fact that I got to spend time with my family, decorating, baking, and relaxing. But the second thing that made my break the best break that I have had this year was getting to see my Grandmother who came to visit for Christmas. This was important for me because I don't get to see her as much as I would like because she lives over four hours away, making it difficult to see her very often throughout the year.

The way to make my FAVORITE sandwich!

1. Get two slices of whole wheat bread.
2. On one piece of bread put 5 slices of Plainview Smoked Turkey.
3. On top of the turkey add 4 leaves of iceberg lettuce.
4. On the other slice of bread put a tablespoon of yellow mustard.
5. Close up the two sides of the sandwhich, and cut diagonally.
6. Finally, give the sandwhich to ME! Hahaha.
