Welcome to my page for my IA5 in E115!

My name is Caleb Burkhart. I am a freshman at NC State. My major is currently First Year Engineering, with Mechanical intent. I chose this because I have always loved working with my hands and felt Mechanical Engineering would allow me to do that for a living.

My one and only job so far has been as an intern. I worked at Highland Industries, in Kernersville, North Carolina. I used 3D-modeling to produce parts for use in the plant. I would draw the models, and then either cut them out with a plasma cutter or 3D print them.
