My name is Elizabeth (Lizzie) Weaver. I am currently a freshman at NC State. I have chosen to pursue a degree in Chemical Engineering. When I was eight years old, I took a clock apart, put it back together, and my mother told me I should be an engineer. Since that moment, and my newfound love for chemistry, I chose to become a chemical engineer.

My favorite hobby is tennis. When I was eleven years old, I quit gymnastics, and I started playing tennis. Eventually, after several tough practices, I developed a love like no other for the game. Between middle school tennis, high school tennis, tournaments on the weekends, and eight hour practice days, I truly developed a love and appreciation for the sport. Even though I chose to "retire" before college, I still try to play recreationally with my family and friends.

How to Make a Grilled Cheese

1. First, I take two pieces of sourdough bread.
2. Then, I take out cheddar cheese and butter.
3. After that, I slice pieces of cheese and place them on the bread.
4. I then proceed to butter a pan on the stove and place the bread and cheese on the pan.
5. I cook the sandwich until I make the perfect grilled cheese.
