Welcome to A Look at Hannah Shapiro!

About Me:

My name is Hannah Shapiro and I am a freshman majoring in Fisheries, Wildlife, and Conservation Biology: Wildlife Science.  My career interests are field work with mammals, both marine and terrestrial.  I hope to one day work with sea turtles, manatees, sea otters, or red pandas.  My hobbies are cooking, hiking, and kayaking.  My favorite things to cook are ratatouille and egg rolls.

I am enjoying most of CSC 200.  I really like learning about SeaMonkey and HTML.  I have also enjoyed learning about the history of artificial intelligence.  I would like to learn more about biomedical technology in relation to computers.  I did not enjoy learning about SNAP.  I found the concepts interesting, but I found the more complicated scripts hard to grasp.
