Nathaniel Monteleone

This is my personal NCSU webpage. Whether you're here to review credentials, engage in dialogue or are just plain curious, welcome!

My name is Nathaniel and I'm entering my fourth year here at NC State. I am an interdisciplinary studies major who examines the applications of machine learning in the behavioral sciences. A blend of beautiful maths and rigorous social theory, the study is captivating.

I was born in New Zealand and grew up playing rugby. Even though I've been in Raleigh a decade, I still play sometimes, although less so since I blew out my knee. I like to get involved and occasionally coach teams on the side.

I have worked a handful of manual labor jobs, but I want to talk about an ideal. If I could get paid for anything, it'd be to portray and interpret data in the hopes of proving something worthwhile. Data science is on the rise and that is just alright with me.
