Wow! A whole page about me!

Hello! I am Shena Kensak. I am a senior at North Carolina State University studying Environmental Engineering. Prior to my pursuit of my degree, I worked in Structural Engineering in Greensboro, North Carolina. I really enjoy problem solving, but do not want a job that will put me back at a desk for long hours. I chose Environmental Engineering with the hopes that it would get me out from behind a desk and also fullfill my desire of solving environmental problems.

My prior employment was at Triad Design Group. I am highly proficient with AutoCAD and Microstation. Most of my career was spent creating working drawings for Industrial Construction projects including some Commerical and Assisted Living facilities. A local project I completed in my career, Tryon Village, is located in Cary. The majority of the manufacturing plants in Mebane were also drawn by my hand. There many projects across the Eastern United States and Midwest that I have personally drawn.

Course I have enjoyed taking during my career as a student:
