Welcome! Read below to get to know yours truly!

My name is Sophie Tushak. I am a freshman in the College of Engineering. I intend to CODA into the Biomedical Engineering program. I chose this major becasue it is the perfect marriage between math and the meical field. Originally I wanted to become a doctor, but whenever I see people open on a table I want to puke, and then faint. I wouldn't have made it through the first semester of medical school! So I chose to go along another path. I love math, too, so it just seemed right!

My favorite hobby is cooking and baking. I love to scroll thorugh Pinterest and wait for a supremely delicious recipe to catch my eye. I love that in Sullivan Hall there are kitchens available. Whenever I am stressed, I go to the fourth floor lounge and bake up a storm! I will bake anything and everything. I have not tried bread yet, though, or anything dealing with yeast, really. I guess that's next on my list!

There's endless wonder! Here's me on one page.
    Pizza Recipe:
  1. Place a naan flatbread on a cookie sheet.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the naan.
  3. Add (in this order) cubed ham, steamed broccoli, and gruyere cheese on top.
  4. Cook in 450-500 degree oven for approx. 8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bottom of the crust is browned.
  5. Let the pizza cool for 5-10 minutes (depending how hungry you are), drizzle with balsamic glaze, cut, and enjoy!
