I am a freshman at North Carolina State University and currently in exploratory studies. My intended major is Biomedical Engineering and I plan to graduate 2020 May.
I have always had an interest in science and math. I am especially enthusiastic about biology and love helping others. Although I do not have a specific job in mind, I have been determined to pursue a health related career ever since I was young. I came across Biomedical Engineering at the beginning of last fall semester. I looked into the major and found out the major had all the aspects I want as a desired major. I plan to study in this major and explore what it is to become a biomedical engineer, but I am also open to the change of finding a path that I am confident about.
